The DM400 capable of printing large build size and high viscosity resin. 

Carima’s DM400 is an industrial DLP 3D printer, a newly developed process from the printing method and its structure to the operating software. While the conventional bottom-up DLP 3D printer has a structure that prints against gravity, the DM400 can print large outputs on a stable build plate by applying a top-down method like industrial SLA 3D printers. The DM400 has a large build size of 400 x 330 x 500mm, which is not found in existing DLP 3D printers. In addition, two high-resolution 2K DLP projector engines with 132um pixels are mounted in a parallel configuration to print a large build area. The DM400 can be used for the mass production of parts through additive manufacturing by supporting repetitive and stable printing of large-sized outputs or multiple parts that may be filled on a build plate.
