HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D Printing Services NZ
Fast Production of Quality functional Prototype and End-use PA12 nylon parts
As a result of Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technology, 3D printing has advanced significantly. It delivers unparalleled speed, precision, and efficiency, revolutionizing the way objects are manufactured. MJF produces high-quality parts at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional manufacturing methods. Multi Jet Fusion, developed by Hewlett-Packard (HP), creates objects with intricate details and superior strength by combining advanced materials, machine learning, and precision printing. In contrast to conventional 3D printing techniques, MJF uses agents that selectively bond plastics layer by layer resulting in incredibly durable products that are not only visually stunning but also extremely durable. From automotive and aerospace to healthcare and consumer goods, MJF offers a game-changing solution for rapid prototyping and mass production. The Multi Jet Fusion printer has the ability to print functional parts and complex geometries without sacrificing precision. MJF is a game-changing technology that pushes the limits of what's possible in 3D printing.
The build capacity of the HP MJF printer is 380x284x380 with a packing density of up to 20%.
Due to its fine grain, this PA12 is ideally suited for use with Multi Jet Fusion printers because it produces parts with a higher density and lower porosity than parts laser sintered with PA12. No support structure is required for this strong, general-purpose material which can be used for prototypes or other end-use products. MJF is also considered to have isotropic mechanical properties as the parts are fused together, creating exceptional inter layer bonding.
